These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Duoit (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, downloading, or using the Duoit mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By using Duoit, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You are not prohibited by law from using the Service
You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the Duoit application on your personal device
Use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use
Access and view content provided through the Service

This license does not permit you to:

Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works
Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. User Account and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use Duoit, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities and actions taken under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 User-Generated Content

Any content you upload, post, or submit through Duoit (“User Content”) must:

Be original or have proper rights to use and share
Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
Not contain harmful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
Not violate the privacy or rights of others

4.2 License to User Content

By uploading User Content, you grant Duoit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Use, reproduce, and display your User Content
Create derivative works from your User Content
Distribute your User Content across our Service

This license is necessary for us to operate the social and sharing features of the Service.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post discriminatory, hateful, or violent content
Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
Distribute malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use bots or automated tools to scrape or manipulate the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Duoit or its licensors. You acknowledge that:

All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

Do not endorse or control third-party services

The Service will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUOIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duoit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your User Content
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Termination by Duoit

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, if we determine that you:

Have violated these Terms
Have engaged in fraud or illegal activity
Have harassed or threatened other users
Have violated any applicable laws

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email.

12. Modification or Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
Remove or limit features or functionality
Create usage limits or restrictions

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
